This month we get to join parents at Young Roots Oregon for our first cooking class of 2024! We’ll be joined by guest chef, Diego Nieto, a good friend and the Linn County Healthy Communities Coordinator. Together we’ll be highlighting the early summer produce available in our area from Eloisa Organic Farm and Ejido Oso.
