About the event

This week’s cooking demo highlights the produce available in late May this season from the market's incredible vendors. It always amazes me how powerful something as simple as a free sample can be to help open up the possibilities of how we cook at home for those of us who aren’t familiar with local produce, while helping farmers to move more product at the same time.
