Chard, collard greens, radishes, and dandelion greens
Beautiful day at the market, cilantro made its seasonal debut, a delicate herb that cannot survive freezing temperatures and is such a treat to return to our meals. The storage crops of winter are waning with just a few varieties of roots and winter squash available. Raabs have been in season for a few weeks and are nearing their end, while other greens are finally sizing up a little after growing slow and low all winter long.
