This was my first market working for Eloisa Organic Farm, and the produce simply blew me away. Their spring offering is fresh and abundant, and despite not growing any crops in heated greenhouses, they are always one of the first to market with summer treats, like the basil, summer squash, and tomatillos pictured here.
