I was so excited down at the farm as we were getting ready for market this week, because I knew that I would get to celebrate them by creating a beautiful display. I let myself take the time on a busy market morning to build this trenza, or braid, of chocolate poblano peppers, looking absolutely perfect alongside more absolutely perfect peppers.

Sauté slices with delicata half moons for a sweet, spicy, and rich summer/fall treat.
Sauté in the frying pan with potatoes until crispy, top with cheese and fried eggs.
