Mizuna Carrot Mushroom Stir Fry

Chopping your veggies long and thin in a stir fry actually makes a huge difference! The increased surface area makes every bite pack more flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch mizuna mustard greens

  • 2-4 carrots, chopped into planks and then into matchsticks from there

  • 1-2 leeks, sliced thinly

  • a handful of mushrooms

  • Soy Sauce or Tamari

  • 2-4 cloves garlic, roughly minced

  • Salt to taste

Directions

Mizuna lends itself well to stir-fries with other thinly chopped veggies, such as carrots & leeks, and mushrooms, seasoned with a little soy sauce/tamari, garlic, & salt. Serve with rice & enjoy!
